what is it that i love?

If asked why I love him I would say
It’s the sway in his hips,
the thickness in his thighs.
It’s the lust in his lips,
the love in his eyes.
It’s the softness of his skin,
the silk in his hair.
It’s the twist in his walk;
it’s the sweetness in his talk.
It’s the way he loves me
that makes me love him each day.
That is what I would say.

If I could have just one wish,
I would wish to wake up everyday
to the sound of his breath on my neck,
the warmth of his lips on my cheek,
the touch of his fingers on my skin,
and the feel of his heart beating with mine...
Knowing that I could never find that feeling
with anyone other than him.
